The role
Join a newly formed AI Applications team to lead GenAI-powered product initiatives and scale high-impact AI integrations across the business.
Architect scalable patterns for AI provider integrations, from API adaptations to official MCP-style servers, and redefine how consumer experiences embed in conversational interfaces.
Build and secure the trust layer for agentic commerce while ensuring privacy and compliance.
Scale existing AI-powered customer experiences with multi-turn, multi-agent systems; design offline evaluation and explore RLHF-powered insights and memory architectures.
Extend the agentic system to critical journeys such as product recommendations, onboarding, risk diligence, activation, and upselling.
Collaborate across functions, run rapid experiments, balance exploration with feasibility, and serve as a technical PM driving 0->1 AI fintech solutions.
