The role
Lead a complex, high-value portfolio of commercial real estate disputes, including lease renewals, covenants, dilapidations, and boundary issues.
Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to clients and drive matters forward strategically and efficiently.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers to uphold quality, performance, and culture within the practice.
Build and nurture strong client relationships across multiple sectors, identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including transactional Real Estate teams, to deliver integrated service.
Operate from a Birmingham base in a hybrid working environment, balancing leadership, client management, and business development.
