The role
A small specialist school in Maidenhead is seeking a motivated individual to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them develop resilience and confidence. The role involves building positive relationships, delivering therapeutic interventions, and working alongside teachers and therapists to support SEMH development. No previous experience is required as full training and CPD are provided, making it suitable for psychology or criminology graduates. The position offers hands-on experience in trauma-informed approaches and intervention strategies in a supportive environment. It is an excellent opportunity for those considering careers in clinical, educational psychology, or therapeutic roles. The role is full-time during term-time, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, starting as soon as possible.
