The role
Lead the design, build, and deployment of scalable AI data pipelines and a centralized data knowledge base for marketing analytics.
Hands-on mastery of AI/ML systems, including LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context-engineered prompts.
Develop agent-ready tooling to enable AI agents to reason, plan, and utilize external APIs and databases.
Automate ETL across Snowflake and BigQuery, and construct robust DBT pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
Collaborate with marketing and analytics to define data requirements, deliver rapid PoCs, and translate business needs into repeatable data frameworks.
Lead and mentor a global team, manage consultants, and ensure scalable, secure data solutions with strong governance and operational excellence.
