The role
Teach core elementary subjects (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies) in a culturally responsive, fast-paced classroom.
Build literacy through phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension with engaging texts.
Use data-driven instruction, differentiate for all learners, and collaborate with colleagues to monitor progress.
Partner with families to support learning, nurture social-emotional development, and foster a positive school culture.
Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching to refine practice and drive student growth.
Contribute to a diverse, inclusive community and uphold anti-racist commitments in daily practice.
