The role
Deliver a standards-based elementary curriculum for second grade that promotes academic growth and personal development.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners.
Plan and implement multi-sensory reading instruction and evidence-based teaching methods.
Assess student progress, monitor growth, and communicate regularly with families and colleagues.
Maintain compliance with New Jersey teaching requirements, background checks, and district policies.
Salary range: $60,000 - $64,200; benefits include health, pension eligibility, paid time off, and professional development.
