The role
Lead the user experience and information architecture for complex products, translating business goals into intuitive interfaces.
Define and document IA, navigation structures, and user flows to guide product development.
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-quality UX solutions.
Create artifacts including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems components.
Apply accessibility and usability best practices, ensuring scalable, consistent experiences across platforms.
