Civil Engineer – Eastleigh

The role involves designing and developing civil and structural components for high-voltage substations, HVDC converter stations, and cable projects, including FEED, detailed design, and cable routing. Responsibilities include project management, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement, as well as preparing specifications and drawings for planning applications and tenders. Candidates are expected to have between five to eight years of relevant experience, a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and possibly chartered status, with strong communication skills. The role requires knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and transmission network practices, with advantageous experience in converter stations and RFI considerations.
