The role
Lead a global data science program as a Staff Data Scientist, driving data-derived insights across retail divisions with advanced ML/AI techniques.
Architect and deploy end-to-end data science solutions, validating data quality, building analytics datasets, and maintaining production-grade ML models.
Direct a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers to improve Catalog Content Quality using ML and Gen AI, at scale in a big data environment.
Leverage NLP, CV, multi-modal models, LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation to identify trends and optimize business outcomes.
Translate business needs into strategies and deliver measurable impact with clear metrics, governance, and agile collaboration across regions.
Hybrid work in India (Bengaluru area), requiring senior-level experience in machine learning and a domain background in retail/catalog management.
