The role
Hands-on learning with licensed electricians to gain practical experience in wiring, repairs, and system installations.
Learn and apply safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and teammates.
Assist in project execution, including wiring, troubleshooting, and residential electrical system installations.
Develop proficiency with electrical tools and equipment while maintaining organized, safe workspaces.
Build knowledge of electrical codes and regulations to ensure all work meets industry standards.
Requirements include 1.5–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a trainable, communicative, and punctual mindset.
