The role
Provide hands-on legal support in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and enforcing high-value commercial transactions, including SaaS licenses, licensing agreements, MSAs, and related SOWs.
Advise management and sales on commercial, regulatory, privacy, and data protection issues impacting cloud-based and on-premise software offerings.
Collaborate with product, security, and business teams to assess contractual and regulatory exposures and support international market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and manage an attorney supporting the business lines and coordinate with the global legal team to ensure consistency and risk management.
Oversee outside counsel and drive cost-effective, high-quality legal services across a global, matrixed environment.
Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear business terms for senior leadership.
