The role
Design and implement large-scale ML algorithms to optimize new user acquisition and retention signals across retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking stages.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers across time zones to translate insights into deployable models and features.
Run and analyze iterative A/B tests, driving improvements based on results and business impact.
Own end-to-end ML systems, from data processing to inference, and work with infrastructure teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
Lead projects and contribute to architecture decisions for scalable, robust recommendation components.
Stay current with state-of-the-art research and industry practices, contributing to experiments and internal projects as appropriate.
