The role
The IT Operations Manager oversees the delivery and performance of IT services, acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and managed service providers. This role manages day-to-day IT operations, including cloud migration, infrastructure, and end-user services within a Microsoft environment. The individual supports operational aspects of digital transformation programmes and contributes to cyber security and risk management strategies. Strong emphasis is placed on managing service levels, controlling costs, and driving continuous improvements in technology services. Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud migrations, along with stakeholder management skills, are essential. The role requires a proactive approach to technology management, ensuring operational efficiency and support for strategic initiatives.
