The role
A Manchester-based in-house legal team seeks a commercial solicitor to handle contracts and provide advice on risk management. The role offers a well-balanced workload with control over daily responsibilities and involves working closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team. The successful candidate will be confident in commercial law, client-facing, and have a proactive attitude towards risk. Technical legal knowledge is not crucial, but experience in commercial contracts is essential, and recent qualification or up to two years PQE are considered suitable. The role requires a minimum of two days in the office weekly, with trust and independence in day-to-day tasks valued highly.
