The role
Lead and build content understanding models for content moderation and safety objectives.
Utilize unimodal and multimodal approaches, graph models, representation learning, and LLMs.
Collaborate with product teams to define objectives and advance trust and safety strategies.
Partner with engineering to deploy models, design online workflows, and scale serving pipelines.
Work with data scientists to identify challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
Requirements include a quantitative degree with 2+ years of hands-on ML experience, strong Python skills, curiosity, and teamwork.
