The role
Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Floor Advocates to deliver a site-focused HR service model.
Partner with business leaders to align HR processes, policies, and programs with site objectives.
Drive culture, employee experience, and business value through coaching, development, and real-time HR solutions.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design programs in talent management, labor relations, and compensation.
Utilize HR metrics and people data to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements.
Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, leadership coaching, and creating an inclusive, engaging onsite workplace.
