The role
Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for multiple products, balancing user needs with business goals.
Conduct competitive analyses, user research, and usability testing to inform strategy and design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes; clearly communicate ideas to stakeholders and developers.
Mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help define product requirements.
Establish and advocate for user-centered design processes and design system standards across the organization.
Partner with developers to ensure faithful implementation and measure usability outcomes against established goals.
