The role
Develop and maintain SQL queries to analyze complex payments data efficiently.
Design and implement real-time dashboards and observability dashboards to monitor system health.
Identify patterns and anomalies that indicate potential threats or operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate data and drive informed engineering decisions.
Define KPIs and metrics, conduct root-cause analyses, and reduce operational toil.
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and stay current with industry best practices.
