The role
Lead Public Cloud Windows Engineer responsible for advanced Windows Server operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
Design, implement, and optimize Windows-based cloud environments with automation, monitoring, and incident management.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security, patch management, backups, disaster recovery, and on-call support.
Develop IaC and automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, with CloudFormation/ARM where applicable.
Collaborate with application, security, and network teams; enforce IAM, GPOs, and secure configurations to ensure compliance.
Own post-incident RCA, runbooks, SOP documentation, and guide customer self-provisioning guardrails for cloud instances.
