The role

They apply continuous improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing to optimise operations and solve problems. Skills required include project management, stakeholder engagement, machinery safety, and automation. A recognised engineering qualification such as HNC, HND, or degree is desirable. The role involves collaborating across teams to support safety, quality, and production targets, with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability initiatives.
