The role
A database administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting various database systems, including SQL, Solaris, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres. The role involves completing assigned tasks within designated timeframes and supporting both internal and external project managers. Candidates should possess strong customer handling skills and technical knowledge of database technologies, including early versions. Security clearance experience is highly advantageous, as the role requires necessary security checks prior to appointment.
