The role
Lead design, implementation, and scaling of agentic AI systems within a modern game engine to support goal-directed behaviors in real-time games and simulations.
Define orchestration for single- and multi-agent systems and build reusable frameworks for planning, memory, and policy adaptation.
Drive high-impact programs such as hierarchical reinforcement learning, AI planning, intent inference for NPCs, and world modeling for persistent behavior.
Collaborate with engine teams, designers, and product managers to unlock innovative use cases in gaming and interactive storytelling.
Shape the long-term vision and roadmap for agentic AI, ensuring modularity, usability, and performance across platforms.
Establish best practices for model quality, evaluation, and real-time ML safety in production systems.
