The role
Operate as a Production Worker focused on inspecting packaged cookies and ensuring packaging quality for shipment.
Package cookies into boxes and verify print quality and defects in the packaging before stacking onto pallets.
Assemble finished goods onto pallets according to customer specifications and prepare for shipping.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months related experience; bakery experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well in a team and meet production timelines.
