The role
Lead the electrical discipline across multiple concurrent projects, ranging from small-scale ($5M) to large capital initiatives ($200M+).
Develop, approve, and manage work schedules for junior engineers, designers, and drafters to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
Conduct site visits, perform power systems analyses, and develop comprehensive electrical project plans.
Create and manage key deliverables, including electrical equipment lists, motor load lists, and drawing packages.
Oversee startup, commissioning, and testing activities as the lead electrical engineer.
Enforce engineering standards, codes, and project specifications, while mentoring staff and resolving technical issues.
