The role
The Operations Manager Nursing Services plays a vital leadership role in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care across multiple nursing homes. Working closely with Registered Managers, the postholder provides operational oversight, performance management, and quality assurance to meet regulatory requirements and achieve optimal outcomes for residents. The role involves supporting clinical governance frameworks, driving continual improvement, and ensuring homes preparedness for inspections and compliance monitoring. This position requires strong operational management skills, clinical knowledge, and a dedication to delivering person-centred nursing care. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with senior leadership experience within adult social care or nursing settings. They will possess excellent people skills and the ability to support teams in achieving high standards of care.
