The role
Plan, write, edit, and verify high-quality technical documents for projects and customer-facing needs.
Work directly with management, technical teams, and project staff to translate requirements into clear documentation.
Research and validate information to ensure accuracy and alignment with user needs.
Manage administrative, formatting, editing, and project activities from assignment through delivery.
Exhibit strong time-management skills to handle multiple documents and deadlines.
Experience with DevOps, Smartsheet, and AI-assisted writing tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) is preferred.
