The role
Lead research, development, and deployment of production ML systems for next-generation AI-powered speech interfaces.
Specialize in state-of-the-art speech modeling (STT & TTS) and the end-to-end ML stack that developers integrate with.
Solve challenges in data collection, scalable training infrastructure, RL alignment environments, and ultra-low-latency inference.
Collaborate across teams to translate research ideas into robust, production-ready features and tools.
Apply strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and neural network architectures; contribute to scalable system design.
Location: remote within Switzerland; requires 5+ years of ML engineering experience, proficiency in English, and an EOR-based employment.
