The role
Own end-to-end features from idea to production across the stack, focusing on reliability and scalable AI infrastructure.
Iterate in fast cycles—build, test, measure, and refine to ship value quickly with quality.
Leverage daily AI tools (Cursor, Claude, and more) to automate glue work, generate scaffolds, build evals, and amplify output.
Own the agent runtime, eval pipelines, and integration layer to enable scalable AI capabilities.
Take ownership of outcomes, not tickets, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven decisions.
Collaborate across backend, frontend, and infra to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
