Lead day-to-day operations across two campus food outlets, delivering high-quality food and drinks with a focus on guest experience.
Motivate and mentor teams during service, ensuring calm decision-making and efficient, friendly service.
Drive income growth while managing costs, applying sound budgeting and inventory practices.
Develop longer-term improvements to menus, service flow, and guest engagement.
