Logistics Services Lead

Lead the delivery and ongoing optimization of Value-Added Services (VAS) and LOGIC solutions for customers. Proactively engage with clients to assess needs, present tailored VAS & LOGIC offerings, and drive efficiency and cost savings. Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to demonstrate financial benefits and ROI. Manage end-to-end implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders informed. Develop and execute a country strategy to drive growth, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation. Coach and develop merchandisers and LOGIC coordinators, align with warehouse operations, and ensure SLA requests are properly handled.
