The role
Overview: As a Graduate ML Engineer in Applied AI, you will implement and optimize machine learning models tailored to high-performance AI hardware, collaborating with research and software teams. You will build reference applications and contribute to kernel-level efficiency, while scaling models to thousands of accelerators. You will design and run ML experiments, benchmark components, analyze results, and report findings clearly. The role requires strong ML fundamentals, hands-on coding, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment. You will stay engaged with the AI research community and contribute to open-source projects where possible.
