HR Systems and MI Specialist
This role focuses on optimizing the HRIT landscape with a deep focus on IRIS Cascade. You will produce high-quality MI, dashboards, and KPIs, with Power BI experience highly valued. Analyze HR data across absence, recruitment, turnover, learning & development, and occupational health. Review and streamline HR system workflows to enable a one-input, automated data flow. Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and support audits and projects. Contribute to enhancing overall HR tool capabilities and empower colleagues to maximise system usage.
