Law Firm Compliance Manager
Drive compliance in a UK law firm by managing AML, KYC/CDD, and SRA standards within the Compliance & Risk function. Advise on AML checks, client onboarding, and ongoing due diligence to mitigate regulatory risk. Lead and perform audits of processes and controls, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. Develop and deliver training for staff on regulatory requirements, policies, and internal controls. Investigate breaches, escalate issues, and support reporting to stakeholders with clear, concise findings.
