The role
Based in Oxford, the role centers on the healthcare sector, delivering advisory support across NHS Trusts and public sector client groups.
Conduct valuations for accounts, as well as landlord & tenant, rent reviews, acquisitions, and other professional services.
Provide strategic property advice for healthcare and other client groups, including charities, museums, and private occupiers.
Manage client instructions, collaborate with auditors, and support business development through NHS target identification and bid processes.
Embrace technology and data insights to improve processes and outcomes.
MRICS Chartered Surveyor with strong Excel and travel readiness to support assignments across England; flexible working arrangements available.
