The role
Lead the development and deployment of production-grade ML models that assess autonomous vehicle behavior.
Build and optimize ML infrastructure and data pipelines to enable scalable, low-latency evaluation.
Collaborate across teams to translate state-of-the-art research into robust, real-world systems.
Iterate to improve model quality, robustness, and the observability of simulation and field data.
Own end-to-end lifecycle from model development to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a hybrid work setting.
Contribute to the design of reward functions and evaluation metrics that guide autonomous system performance.
