The role
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive sales.
Use product knowledge to educate, inform, and inspire customers with styling ideas and wardrobe solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience across in-store, online, and mobile channels.
Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks while maintaining a neat, organized workspace.
Promote loyalty programs and handle returns and exchanges professionally, guiding customers through seamless processes.
Maintain flexibility for a fast-paced environment with shifts including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnight; lift up to 30 lbs and use retail technology.
