The role
Lead data science work spanning song listening, playlisting, and feed engagement to improve user experience.
Design, run, and interpret experiments to uncover actionable insights and guide product strategy around content trends and supply health.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize discovery features and monitor content performance.
Help build robust data foundations and dashboards as part of a growing analytics team.
Requirements include 5+ years in data science, advanced SQL and Python skills, and a proven track record of delivering strategic recommendations from experiments.
Bonus: background in music, audio, or content discovery; role is on-site in New York City.
