The role
Lead a small, high-impact team of applied data scientists and ML engineers to build scalable, production-ready forecasting platforms.
Own the end-to-end forecasting lifecycle from scoping and feature engineering to model development, prototyping, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
Design the platform roadmap in collaboration with Strategic Finance and Growth to forecast DAU/WAU, revenue, compute usage, and profitability.
Ensure forecasts are interpretable, explainable, and tightly integrated into planning processes and executive decision-making.
Drive cross-functional adoption, translate technical outputs into business decision frameworks, and continuously evaluate new tools and techniques.
Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, mentoring teams and shaping scalable forecasting capabilities for a usage-based world.
