The role
A service engineer position involves supporting and maintaining high-pressure laboratory and industrial chemical reactors, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. The role includes customer visits for installation, calibration, fault diagnosis, and equipment servicing, primarily on complex systems valued up to £300K. Candidates should have hands-on electromechanical experience and relevant engineering qualifications; knowledge of CAD and chemical engineering is advantageous. The work entails travelling, troubleshooting, and system prebuilding within a diverse technical environment.
