The role
The position involves supporting all stages of litigation to secure positive outcomes for clients in a collaborative firm environment. The role requires strong legal research, written advocacy, and problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on injury law. Candidates should have at least three years' litigation experience and be able to manage a demanding caseload effectively. A current legal practising license in Alabama or willingness to obtain one is required. The role demands excellent team skills and a willingness to work in Birmingham, with a focus on justice for injured clients.
