Mental Health Support Worker:
Provides assertive outreach, builds rapport, and develops treatment plans with homeless individuals.
Requires BSW degree, registration with Ontario College of Social Workers, and 1 year experience with vulnerable populations.
Must have strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills, with ability
