The role
Lead the design and execution of end-to-end data science and AI projects for marketing, growth, and finance, from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Build scalable foundations: pipelines, modeling frameworks, and robust experimentation platforms to empower decision-making.
Establish best practices in model governance, data quality, and system reliability to enable trustworthy AI adoption.
Drive marketing science innovation with causal inference, uplift modeling, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling to optimize spend.
Develop forecasting and ROI models and budget allocation frameworks to guide long-term planning and efficiency.
Partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Finance leaders; mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of rigor and curiosity.
