The role
Seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solution architectures addressing Marine Corps operational needs.
Work independently while mentoring and supervising teammates, applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies to guide critical solutions.
Requires 2+ years of experience in AI, data science, ML, software engineering, or data analytics, with a solid software development background.
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) and proficiency in Python, C#, or Java is essential.
Bachelor’s degree and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance are required.
Nice-to-have: experience with generative AI (LLMs, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph), embedded systems (C/C++/Rust), scalable data stores, and processing of structured and unstructured data.
