The role
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within customer cloud environments.
Analyze networking, system configurations, and application integrations, serving as an escalation point for challenging problems.
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical environments and guide best practices for deployment and management.
Diagnose performance issues in distributed systems and document resolutions, technical insights, and knowledge base articles.
Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to address root causes and improve support tools and processes.
Support the implementation and management of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), PKI, and key management systems while ensuring security standards are met.
