The role
Lead and troubleshoot complex cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Diagnose networking, system configurations, and application integrations with hands-on Linux/Unix expertise.
Serve as an escalation point, delivering advanced technical support while guiding customers on best practices for cloud deployments.
Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions, document resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Support the implementation and management of HSMs, PKI, and key management systems with a focus on security standards.
Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to address root causes of recurring issues and improve support tools.
