The role
This role provides operational and analytical support for global equity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsible for processing RSU releases, stock option exercises, and quarterly ESPP purchases.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to design, implement, and improve equity processes.
Translate complex equity concepts for diverse audiences through quarterly Q&A sessions, conferences, and webinars.
Generate and reconcile reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, and maintain equity intranet pages.
Maintain confidentiality while staying current on global tax, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation.
