The role
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for MEP initiatives in New York.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimise project expenses while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control across the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and provide ongoing financial oversight from planning through project completion.
Analyse project risks and implement cost control strategies to mitigate financial impact.
Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills with proficiency in cost management software.
