The role
The Cyber Business Analyst assesses and documents business needs related to cybersecurity within the utilities sector, supporting the implementation of security solutions and process improvements. The role involves working on a hybrid delivery approach to enhance cyber resilience across the organisation through various workstreams. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, process modelling, stakeholder communication, and supporting change management activities. The ideal candidate has expertise in business analysis techniques, stakeholder management, and knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks or regulations. Technical skills should encompass data and business modelling, with familiarity in agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience in operational technology cyber security or related fields is highly desirable.
