The role
Lead AI/ML and optimization research for materials and molecular discovery, turning ambiguous challenges into well-defined problems.
Design and manage pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from experiments and chemical databases.
Develop predictive models and advanced deep learning frameworks (GNNs, Transformers) for motif discovery and property prediction.
Apply Generative AI and large language models to automate knowledge discovery and synthesize new formulations and pathways.
Define KPIs and contribute to a Virtual Lab environment to ensure robust, production-ready results.
Collaborate with chemists, materials scientists, and engineers to translate research into impactful, deployable solutions and contribute to publications or IP.
