The role
Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists to deliver ML and Gen AI solutions across Global Sourcing.
Develop advanced statistical models and large-scale analytics to derive business insights across multiple retail domains.
Direct data collection, validate data quality, and synthesize datasets to support project objectives.
Build, train, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models with a focus on reproducibility and scalability.
Translate business requirements into actionable data-driven strategies and quantify impact with metrics.
Collaborate with regional teams, stakeholders, and engineers to productize data science solutions and drive adoption.
